Josh from Hotts Septic and Excavating came by today to conduct a thorough inspection and tank cleaning and I must say - the BEST experience ever! This is perhaps the fourth service to my system and I am now a Hotts customer for life. These are not only words; it's an action item. The team showed up, was in full communication when to expect them, gave a very detailed explanation of the current status of the system, gave guidance as to some wear and tear that needs addressing in the future and stayed true to the price. I am so glad I found Hotts Septic Service! Josh and his team provided exceptional service in a timely and professional matter. I called Hotts Septic to get a second opinion on installing a riser. He walked me through the reasons why it was a good idea to install the riser and he explained what were the benefits and what would happen if we did not install the riser. I must say I am impressed with Hotts’ timeliness, fair pricing, and great customer service! And also important to mention my yard was left looking as if no repairs or work had happened (great attention to detail and very clean and neat!). We will continue to use them for all our septic tank needs.

Best septic service company in Northern Virginia! Don't call anyone else! I tried multiple companies in Loudoun. Most didn't call back. Others I called couldn't do the work. Another one kept pushing back the date of service. But, with just one call to Josh Hott, he answered my call, listened to my concerns, came out ASAP, found our leak, and fixed it right. Very polite and professional. Did and excellent job making sure we were completely satisfied.

We had to have our septic pump shaft pumped out and the pump removed and replaced because it failed. Contacts Hott’s Septic and Josh put us at the top of the list and was here the same day. Pump installed and the septic pumped. New concrete lid for the pump house and the old one was taken away. We also had the 6” wide septic cover and pipe removed and replaced with a new 36” access point and the piping hauled away. All this in record time, all the mess completely cleaned up and alarms tested, and expert explanations of each step. Quality company and at an honest price. Could not be happier and Hotts Septic will be our septic service company from now on. Thank you Josh.

I cannot say enough good things about Hotts Septic and Excavating. After dealing with multiple septic alarms over the last 6 months and a previous septic service provider that was non-responsive in our time of need I was referred to Josh Hott by another local provider. Which in and of itself says something for a competitor to recommend you to a potential new customer. I called him on a Thursday and by Tuesday they had diagnosed and fixed the multiple system issues we were having which included a integral part that had to be ordered, received and installed. All while it's freezing outside and every inch of our property is covered in slippery ice/snow. They are super knowledgeable and friendly and believe in timely honest quality service. I'd recommend them over and over again to anyone that has a need for their services.

Our septic line backed up water in the downstairs bathrooms and we suspected a blockage. We called at night and Josh, co-owner, helped trouble shoot out problem over the phone. We opted for first thing service next day and he arrived promptly begging work immediately without delay. He is very knowledgable and nailed the problem and solution without delay. Great work!!! I called in for a septic issue I was having and the owner answered. I have never been so enamored by customer service in my 48 year life! Not only did I get an appointment but he walked me through my whole system for awhile in an attempt to resolve over the phone. Totally patient, calm and super friendly all the way through, even though not resolved. I have no doubt the visit will be just as awesome and look forward to adding to this post visit!
