Drain Cleaning

Had an absolutely excellent experience with Hott's Septic Service. Their customer service, competence, and pricing is exceptional. I have total confidence in their ability to do the job right. I highly recommend this company if you have any issues with your septic system.

Great service, I would definitely recommend and use them again. Very friendly and answered all my questions. Thank you Hotts Septic and Escavating.

Jordan helped spread gravel at my home and was so incredibly professional and the work was AMAZING! Would strongly recommend working with their company for anything

I own a dog boarding, training, grooming facility with a brand new septic system. We had an emergency due to poor installation by another company. Josh was extremely responsive, came out immediately and found the issue and fixed it. He was very good at explaining everything in detail and making sure everything was in working order. Truly grateful to have found a friendly, reliable service. We will be contacting them for all of our future septic needs, if only just for maintenance!

I can't say enough good things about Hott's Septic and Excavating. From the first phone call to the final visit, the team was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. It's clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. You don’t always expect top-notch service in this industry, but Hott's goes above and beyond. I’ll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family!

I was a long time Great Falls Septic Customer, not anymore, I had a concern that my septic was acting up, Josh came out, pumped and checked it out and was so knowledgeable and taught me so much about my system that it has actually made me comfortable living on the septic, Josh Hotts is the best. If you have a septic tank concern, do yourself a favor and don't call anyone else.......

Josh was great! He was very punctual, answered any sort of questions that we had and showed us exactly what the issue was with the septic. He dropped what he was doing to come out to help diagnose and solve the 2 issues that we had with our septic. He also showed us on camera inside our pipes to show the process of him jetting and cleaning out a clog that we had. He also fixed an issue that the original construction company did when our septic was first put in place, and since then we have had no more issues! I will highly recommend them in the future to anyone I meet!

I used Hotts for the required 5 year septic pump out. They answered the phone promptly and provided a competitive quote. Josh called to let me know when he was on the way, was friendly and polite, and left my yard clean and tidy. I highly recommend them

Very pleased with the service as well as professional and recommended what we needed to protect the septic system and extend the life span. Personable. Followed up. Quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Very polite and professional. Did and excellent job making sure we were completely satisfied.

Josh learned the business from his dad, who learned it from his dad. He knows his business and holds several licenses. Good people!

Josh with Hotts Septic and Excavating was amazing to work with. Pricing was more reasonable than most. Very thorough, efficient, and knowledgable. All around great to work with. Will definitely use with any future needs and highly recommend.

On a Saturday he educated and assisted in a EZ treatment and filtration issue. Great service!

Great experience considering the circumstances. Awsome crewp

I have used Hott's Septic 2x now. Once for an annual inspection and once for DBox replacement. They are professional, Personable and honestly down to earth. Josh is honest, thorough and straight forward. He doesn't try to "sell" you on something just because... I Highly recommend Hott's for any septic needs and I will use them permanently as my "go to" septic company...

Best septic service company in Northern Virginia! Don't call anyone else! I tried multiple companies in Loudoun. Most didn't call back. Others I called couldn't do the work. Another one kept pushing back the date of service. But, with just one call to Josh Hott, he answered my call, listened to my concerns, came out ASAP, found our leak, and fixed it right. Hotts Septic is the most responsive and knowledgeable team in the area. If I could give 6 stars, I would. They're the best!

I have known the operators of this company for many years. They have done work for my late brother and myself in Round Hill, Virginia. They are reliable, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in Septic repair, maintenance and installation. They are also experienced excavators. I highly recommend their services!

Hotts Septic and Excavating - just a great company to work with! Love your attention to detail and how thorough you are!! Great job!!!

Super honest guys that gave me a great deal to flush and replace my septic tanks. Great communication, highly recommend

Everything you want and need in a septic company. Reliable, fast, and honest. We have had 2 septic emergencies and Hotts solved our issues immediately. Highly recommend!

I called in for a septic issue I was having and the owner answered. I have never been so enamored by customer service in my 48 year life! Not only did I get an appointment but he walked me through my whole system for awhile in an attempt to resolve over the phone. Totally patient, calm and super friendly all the way through, even though not resolved. I have no doubt the visit will be just as awesome and look forward to adding to this post visit! Josh, you rock good sir! High five!

As a Realtor, I’ve worked with many septic companies over the years, and I can confidently say Hotts Septic stands out above the rest. I recently used them for service at my own home, and their customer service and quality of work were exceptional. They were prompt, professional, and extremely thorough from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest septic service!

We had to have our septic pump shaft pumped out and the pump removed and replaced because it failed. Contacts Hott’s Septic and Josh put us at the top of the list and was here the same day. Pump installed and the septic pumped. New concrete lid for the pump house and the old one was taken away. We also had the 6” wide septic cover and pipe removed and replaced with a new 36” access point and the piping hauled away. All this in record time, all the mess completely cleaned up and alarms tested, and expert explanations of each step. Quality company and at an honest price. Could not be happier and Hotts Septic will be our septic service company from now on. Thank you Josh.

Our septic line backed up water in the downstairs bathrooms and we suspected a blockage. We called at night and Josh, co-owner, helped trouble shoot out problem over the phone. We opted for first thing service next day and he arrived promptly begging work immediately without delay. He is very knowledgable and nailed the problem and solution without delay. Great work!!! Very reasonable and competitive pricing. Thanks so much. Would not hesitate to call again.

We had an exceptional experience with Hott’s. They were recommended to us by a local plumber & came out within 15 mins of being called. They had our issues diagnosed (there were several) repaired within the same day for a very fair price. They are honest and stand by their work. We will only use them going forward! Highly recommend them!

Anything that have to do with septic and excavating, these are the folks to contact period. Hotts septic and excavating are world class. Honest full of integrity and professionalism. Their word is their bond and you don’t find that this day snd age. Just ask for josh

Hotts Septic and Excavting is hands down the BEST!! Very professional, straight to the point. Never have I done business with a company that was so honest, professional and full of integrity. Client for life!

I cannot say enough good things about Hotts Septic and Excavating. After dealing with multiple septic alarms over the last 6 months and a previous septic service provider that was non-responsive in our time of need I was referred to Josh Hott by another local provider. Which in and of itself says something for a competitor to recommend you to a potential new customer. I called him on a Thursday and by Tuesday they had diagnosed and fixed the multiple system issues we were having which included a integral part that had to be ordered, received and installed. All while it's freezing outside and every inch of our property is covered in slippery ice/snow. They are super knowledgeable and friendly and believe in timely honest quality service. I'd recommend them over and over again to anyone that has a need for their services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Hotts Septic! The team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They clearly explained the process and answered all my questions. The service was quick, thorough, and left my property clean. They promptly found my septic tank, dug it up, pumped it, installed a riser and left my lawn looking pristine! I highly recommend Hotts Septic to anyone in need of reliable and friendly septic services. Thank you for the excellent work Josh and team!

Josh and team are great and very knowledgeable on septic systems, even older ones. I had a high fluid alarm on a 2 zone drip system which is dated however they were able to fix and resolve the issue. We will be using Hott's Septic for all our septic needs going forwards.

It is strange finding happiness in septic problem calls, but it happens with this crew, due to strong leadership and over the top customer service.

Josh from Hotts Septic and Excavating came by today to conduct a thorough inspection and tank cleaning and I must say - the BEST experience ever! This is perhaps the fourth service to my system and I am now a Hotts customer for life. These are not only words; it's an action item. The team showed up, was in full communication when to expect them, gave a very detailed explanation of the current status of the system, gave guidance as to some wear and tear that needs addressing in the future and stayed true to the price. Well done and thank you!
